The all new Pagani Huayra BC is a massive step forward for Pagani. The BC is the most advanced Huayra Coupe yet – especially looking at the technologically aspects of the vehicle. The BC has no intention of being a simple restyle of the original Huayra – the BC has a lot of innovative changes and brings a totally different personality compared to the original Huayra.
The Huayra BC is designed and built to be a road going super-/hypercar, but still needs to being able of bringing the best performance and a maximum of joy and exhilaration to both road and track. The BC is also strongly inspired by it’s predecessors; the Zonda R and Zonda Cinque – the more track focused cars by Pagani.
BC represents some initials, initials of Benny Caiola. Who is Benny Caiola you might ask, and here is the answer: Benny Caiola is a close friend of Horacio Pagani, that always have inspired and supported him. Benny was really impressed with the work of Horacio. Benny Caiola ended up being the very first Pagani Automobile costumer.
The Huayra BC is powered by the AMG-developed V12 Biturbo engine. This engine, exclusively built for Pagani, unleashes an astonishing 789 horses. Only 20 units will ever hit the streets (or collections)
The interior of the Huayra BC is very modern, inspired by the traditional Pagani aesthetics. The BC brings a sporty interior, clearly designed with racing in mind. Weight saving has also been a big part of the BC from the beginning.
One of the major changes to the interior, is the mechanical parking brake – this one has been replaced by an electric parking brake, which also saves a bit of weight.
What do you think of Pagani’s latest creation? Is it better than the Zonda R or Zonda Cinque?
